T-shirt makeovers are all the rage right now. Which I think is fabulous considering that my "New Clothes" budget consists of $0. So I took a 'once loved, now never worn' short sleeve tee and turned it into a cute ruffled tank. It's perfect for fall because I can layer it with a short sleeve or long sleeve tee underneath.
Very cute and it also looks great layered.
ReplyDeleteVery cute shirt and very cute blog! I love those coaster by the way, fast easy and inexpensive, awesome! I'm a craftaholic too, but not a SAHM. So I don't have much time to do much. Oh well. Thanks for sharing your ideas with everyone.

So cute! I love the ruffle! Now I'll be digging in dresser drawers for forgotten t-shirts, especially since it's time to pack up the summer wardrobe! ;)

ReplyDeleteI didn't take pictures for a tutorial as there are a lot of tutorials out there already on t-shirt refashions. Here's one that you can use that is close to what I did: http://mymamamadeit.blogspot.com/2009/07/t-shirt-refashion-into-ruffle-madness.html. Good luck! Would love to see yours!!
