i know i say it all the time, but i have best readers!! thank you for your comments, emails, questions, suggestions, links, etc. i am always touched that you take the time to email me. thanks!! i love hearing from each of you.
this project was inspired by a link Pamela sent me a to this fab Express zipper headband. Pamela was so cute, she said when she say this headband she thought of me. aww, shucks! that made me feel warm and fuzzy :) after checkin out Express's rockin headband, i was bound and determined to make a zipper pentagon like theirs.... but uh...well, that didn't turn out so well...it became a rhombus or some unknown geometric shape. so i decided to try a square instead.....
and as you can see, it's more rectangularish {is that word?} than square. now my dilemma is, do you think it will work on a headband? or is it too weird shaped? or am i just self conscious about it? should i do something different with it? what do you think?
*i am still determined to make a pentagon one of these days. my addiction won't let me give up*

I have to agree, a headband, a pin, bracelet, a decoration on a handbag...the possibilities are endless. Love all the zipper items.
ReplyDeleteThese are great. Some of the best inventions came about because something didn't turn out as planed. Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteGo with it!! Pretend it's your own design, which it is!! I'm going to try to do one and maybe it will come out square...
