#9 Cutting Burlap Straight and Other Burlap Tricks
This was one of my fave makeovers of the year. I took an old denim skirt that I wore in HS and gave it a whole new life with a great makeover. I learned that denim distressing is fun AND messy!
with burlap being so hugely popular, these tips and tricks were super helpful for all the burlap crafts this year.

I don't remember what inspired this clutch, but i love how chic it turned out. All you need to make one is a suit jacket, magnetic snap, and a sewing machine.{yep, there is a tutorial for this :}

My all time fave main dish recipe. YUM! Healthy, flavorful, and filling. Davis and I LOVE this recipe and make it all the time. And I still get an occasional email from readers about how much they love these!

{drum roll please}
Zippers were all the rage this year and so these were an instant hit! I still wear mine all the time and get compliments on them wherever I go. I sold them in my etsy shop and actually have a few pairs left that I plan to sell when I open my shop up again.
Thanks to each of you for helping make this year a fun, crafty ride! I can't wait to start crafting up 2011 :)
happy crafting!!

ReplyDeleteThose black bean wraps look SO.GOOD. I will make them very soon that's for sure. But I'll have to buy 3 avocados because somehow avocados don't usually make it past the dicing stage and into the recipe. Oops. ;)
