No Fly Zone

On Monday, some friends came over and we made our seasonal "door decor" for Halloween. I got the idea for this one after seeing something similiar at Michaels. But ours turned out SO much cuter! (and cheaper) We used materials I had on hand: raffia, dowels, wire, ribbon, mod podge, etc and one of those free paint stir sticks you get when you buy paint, for the lettering. (do I get repurposing points for that?:)

You for sure get extra points for that baby. I love it!! It's adorable!! Did you just spray it with spray paint? I'm going to have to try it!! Thanks for the great idea!

  25. I love this. I have been looking for a witch's broom craft. I have an old decorative broom I bought for 99 cents at Salvation Army. I wanted to Halloween-it up.
