ugly boxes turned beautiful

Today is my friend, Charisse's 29th birthday. (Happy Birthday, Reese!) We threw her a surprise party yesterday at my house. And she was actually surprised. Yay! And since I am the biggest cheapo eVeR, I took these boxes

Added some Mod Podge and paper and turned them into this Cupcake Cake.

I thought it was kinda cute....until I found out she hates pink. oops! :)

    Way Way Cute! And yes my mouth is watering!!! I love he broomstick too! I just might try that out!

    There is NOTHING cheap about getting creative!! I've actually done this many times before for various parties and well some of them i did even when there was a bigger budget....they are really just too cute!!

    Well, I like pink! (My 2 daughters emphatically don't like pink, but would certainly overlook that for cupcakes) Looks yummy!
