the bump is growing

some of you requested an update on how the belly was growing. so much to my chagrin, here it is at 28 weeks. i've got the fat face and everything now. ugh. ignore the frizzy hair, this was after a day trip to the outdoor mall.

i had a oh-so-sweet lady tell me i was big and my baby was big, recently. it was exactly what i wanted to hear.... NOT. seems like you always have to have one person open their trap and say something stupid when you're preggers. last time someone asked me if the doctor had mentioned anything about twins. really? did ya have to say that?

ok, i'll ranting. i would love to hear your stories of what people said to you when you were preggers. it might make me feel a little better....

*and for your blogging safety, i would highly recommend NOT telling me how big or fat i am. these hormones are in full swing.*

  2. Well even if you hadn't threatened my safety, I would tell you that you look adorable - because you do! That shirt is too cute also! And tell those rude people that it's only a season, and that you're growing a wonderful little human in there so to BACK OFF! :) It really blows my mind what comes out of people's mouths sometimes!

  3. you look adorable! People said the same to me too. Some idiot said to me once, "Do you have a basketball under there!" Yeah, he made my day!

  4. You look great! My mother-in-law would tell me every month that I looked HUGE (yup..over and over) and then would proceed to say that I looked 2 months larger than I really was. Ex. if I was 5 months along she would remark that I looked like I was 7 months along. Needless to say...it caused some issues :)

  5. My family took a trip to Disneyland in early December and my sister was pregnant. Many people asked her if she was trying to walk that baby out in the park. She wasn't due till the middle of March. Needless to say she was a little ticked off. I think you look great!!

  6. I look more pregnant than you (and my "fetus" is 20 months old and no longer residing in my belly.)

    You look great!

  7. Uh... are you SURE you're 28 weeks pregnant? Cuz this is me at 23... http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii204/wamber_site/bellypic03.jpg

Seriously, I think your bump was the same size as mine when I was 16 weeks pregnant. There's hardly anything there!

  8. At my baby shower on my due date and after I'd been in labor all day, several people told me I was still too small to have the baby. I also gained something like 50 pounds during my pregnancy. I went in that night and had a baby who was 9 pounds 2 ounces.
With my second daughter, people would ask me if I thought she would have red hair like the first one. Um, I ordered that, but who knows?!
Or it's always nice when people act like you have a baby every year, when you carefully space them out 2 1/2 years or more apart. One lady from church told me that every time she sees me it seems like I have a new baby. Maybe she didn't come enough then?
You look great. Just relax and know that most people don't think of insulting pregnant women.

  9. I should add that I'm not currently 23 weeks pregnant.. that was from my last pregnancy, taken sometime in late fall in 2007.

  10. I think you look great.. I'll be 28 weeks on Thursday and I feel big.... but you look awesome!! Don't listen to those who tell you otherwise!

  11. Whatever, girl! I think you look absolutely adorable! And I don't know much about pregnancy, but I think you look really small for 28 weeks!

    ReplyDelete
  12. You look so small! I'm 22 weeks and look quite a bit bigger!
I carry all out front and have large babies for only being 5'1" so I got allll kinds of rude comments. I often got the, "are you having twins?" or "you must be due any day!" when I still had a month or two to go. My favorite though was my hands got too swollen to wear my wedding ring and since I'm so short people assume I'm younger than 24. One day a lady came up to me and told me I had to business having a baby "at my age," and that I should've been responsible and gotten married and finished high school first. I was surprised I didn't punch her.

  13. Just after I had my first baby... my mother-in-law (whom I don't like anyways...) came to visit and to see our new baby. When I told her how much he weighed (7 lbs. 5 oz) she told me I looked like I was going to have a MUCH bigger baby then that! Gee thanks!! I now hate her even more!! I just had baby #3 10 months ago, and he really was a big baby (over 9lbs and 2 weeks early!) and everyone told me I looked like I was about to pop from about 7 months on. Made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I never looked as cute as you do at 28 weeks!!

  14. You look awesome! Hope you are feeling well. I looked pregnant for months AFTER my last baby. Ick! XOXO

  15. Ugh! I was working while I was pregnant and every day the mail man would walk in and EVERY day asked if I was pregnant with TRIPLETS. I eventually had to just leave the room when I saw him coming.

  16. You look fabulous! Now I'm not a skinny girl by any means, but ON my wedding day... IN my wedding gown (in a public venue, aka the BEACH) I had a nice lady kindly ask me when I was due. This was BEFORE the ceremony. I looked at her and in my "I better not cry and ruin my make up" attitude, I kindly replied, I'm not pregnant, I'm just fat, but thanks for asking!

    ReplyDelete
  17. Sorry, I seriously do NOT see the fat face that you mentioned! Crazy girl! But I always hated when you would see a co worker or family member - someone you literally see daily and they would say "you are STILL pregnant" or "you have not had that baby yet"...what do you say to that? Ummm, nope I still have 2 months to go, THANKS! :)

    ReplyDelete
  18. You look happy!! I had people say 'are you sure you're just having one'? - I got that quite a bit. My first was over 9lbs so I was HUGE. My second was also over 9lbs..but I guess everyone was already used to seeing me as big as a house!!

    Best of luck!!

    ReplyDelete
  19. lol Geeze! some people are soooo rude! As if being pregnant gives them license to comment abt your appearance! And then u get the "touchers"; the ones who don't know you but feel it's ok to touch a perfect stranger on the stomach! YOU LOOK FINE!

    ReplyDelete
  20. i've been following your blog for awhile, but haven't said anything yet - now i've got to! I'M 28 weeks too, and i am AT LEAST three times bigger than you. and it's my 2nd child, too. so really! don't let people telling you that you're big get you down, because you're SO NOT! can we trade, please?

    ReplyDelete
  21. I can totally relate. Last time I was pregnant I had someone (who shall remain nameless) going on about how she hated how everyone was always telling her to eat and how she was too skinny and why did everyone think they had a right to comment on her body shape, size, and health. Then this same person told me I was looking really big the VERY. NEXT. DAY. **rolling my eyes**

    ReplyDelete
  22. I was asked by a coworker if I was sure that there was only one baby in there. Uh...yah...I'm pretty sure. If only she saw me with my second baby...I was even bigger!

  24. Oh my gosh girl! You do not have a the "fat face" and you're not huge. Some people are such idiots. I've never been pregnant, but I wear these XX hi converse (they go up to my knees) and someone always has to say something dumb. It makes me want to punch them in the face. hehe...I mean really, just because you think it, doesn't mean you have to say it. You look beautiful, don't let people bother you.

    **hugs**

  25. At 25 weeks we found out that our unborn son had a birth defect - he couldn't digest fluid. It caused ME to be the size of a full term pregnant woman! I had a ways to go and it REALLY sucked!

    ReplyDelete
  26. With my last pregnancy my friends MIL said, "You're ONLY seven months?!? WHOA! That's gonna be one BIG BABY."

I guess she was right since my daughter was 9 lbs, but GEEZ!

    You look great.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Hee hee... my favorite story is when I was waddling around Target around 8 months prego. And the woman behind the jewelry counter just kept saying "Oh honey, oh honey!" I couldn't figure out what her deal was. SHe just looked at my belly and said, "I'm praying for you." She said like I was the essence of pure misery.

The janitor (man!) at the school I worked at continually said, "You look like a basketball!" And "You're sure you're not having twins?" and "You're due any day now, right?" and "You're HUGE!" All of these comments were while I was just in my SECOND trimester!!! People are just so stupid!

I ended up putting on 50 pounds, so the end I did look much more miserable than your pregnant cuteness!

    ReplyDelete
  28. I think you look beautiful! You look just as beautiful as your profile pic except you have a cute little tummy with a precious baby growing inside!

    ReplyDelete
  29. You are FAR from huge. I swear people do not know how to talk to pregnant women. I had a woman, working at a maternity clothing store no less, ask me if I was due soon when I was only 7 months. I wanted to strangle her. :P Chin up! You look radiant!

    ReplyDelete
  30. i just read a lot of comments! first off, i think you look GREAT! i am only 10 weeks right now and if i look that good at 28 i'll be happy!!! but it was a great post, cause now i at least know what to expect!!!

    ReplyDelete
  31. I heard a ton of comments, about how big I was, that I didn't gain enough weight and then I said I gained 40 lbs, and then it's too much weight...same woman! But the kicker has to be this time for our 3rd boy. A lady from church asked me if we knew what it was and I said yes boy #3, and she said "Oh that's terrible, I am so sorry. Maybe #4 will be a girl"

Someone didn't die, my baby has a penis, that's all! My Gracious!

And I have to say you look cute and not at all big! But i know when you are pg you feel huge and no amount of people telling you otherwise helps.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Oh my goodness, you look great and some people just do not know any different and when to keep their mouth closed. You look so cute. I had somebody tell me I look like I could pop anyday now and I still have about 6 weeks left. I told her I was not pregnant, I just had a big belly! You should have seen her face. Priceless, I told her I was just kidding, but sometimes you should not say anything at all if you are not sure and walked away. We are on such an emotional roller coster anyway, we for sure do not need somebody telling us stupid things. Geesh, some people.
I love following your blog and hope to see more updates on your cute LITTLE growing belly.

    ReplyDelete
  33. You are super teeny. I wouldn't even listen to them. I was showing like that at about 22 weeks. I ended up having an 11 lbs 1 oz baby. I had my boss tell me at 34 weeks that he could do what they do to cows and strap a chain around him and pull him out. I ended up being huge and miserable and had to go to 41 weeks. Best of luck to you and you look great!

    ReplyDelete
  34. I had twins. I was on bedrest for the last two months. But I would occasionally go to the store- because I was sure walking the aisles of Target would bring my blood pressure back down to normal.
The comments I would get! (and I should add I never measured large enough for twins, I just looked normally pregnant)
One man caught me on a particularly despairing day. He said, "Wow! You must be due any day now!" I managed to chuckle and tell him I wasn't due for another two months. When I got back in the car, I wept like a baby because I had TWO WHOLE MONTHS LEFT!

    ReplyDelete
  35. you are so incredibly NOT big! I look like that at 13 weeks, no kidding. :) When I was pregnant with my first, TWO people, not one, TWO asked if I was having MULTIPLES. Not twins, mind you, MULTIPLES. And when I said, uh, no one of them proceeded to tell me I looked just like a lady she worked with who had triplets. Sigh. I am short and have no torso. There is nowhere for the baby to go but out! OH, and then after my second was born, I went bra shopping with my mom and the cashier asked me when I was due and I said, Um, I had my baby 5 days ago. Thank you very much (I should have added.)

Some people are ridiculous. Next time I am pregnant I'm going to tell everyone who comments on how big I am that I'm having quintuplets and I'm actually looking pretty good for five. :)

You look fabulous! You wear pregnancy well.

    ReplyDelete
  36. besides your hair color you look exactly the same as your profile picture. girl, your not fat and that belley is pretty teeny for being 28 weeks! your beautiful!! makes me want another, haha!

    ReplyDelete
  37. You look great! I'm often that size by 16 weeks so you should feel great. I got several are you having twins and you must be due any day by 7 months. Oh people really know how to make a girl feel good. but really you look adorable.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I hate to say this, but you look great! I look like that at 16 weeks! You look beautiful and I'm not seeing the fat in the face! Keep rocking the pregnancy. You are hot!

    ReplyDelete
  39. I think you look beautiful!

I'm 33 weeks and have a 1 & 2 and 1/2 year old. When I'm out pushing them in the double stroller I get everything from 'wow you're brave' to 'Are they ALL yours' to 'ever heard of birth control?'.

I just try to laugh it off...

    ReplyDelete
  40. You look wonderful.

I've been asked if I am pregnant when I am not - the hazards of being overweight.

Thankfully when I was having children, I was thin and so it was obvious in a good way!!

    ReplyDelete
  41. You look great! I just wish i looked half as cute as you when I am preggers. I think I'm almost that big at 6 weeks! haha

    Ignore dumb people.

    ReplyDelete
  42. I'm actually 31 weeks preggo today. My little girl is 13 months... so her little brother will be only 15 months younger than her. Lately I can't help but get annoyed with everyone telling me how busy I'm going to be. Yes! It will be busy we presume! Everyone's always an expert when it comes to pregnancy I guess..:)

    ReplyDelete
  43. I happened to go into my hubby's office one day when I was about 25 weeks pregnant and the receptionist made a comment to me about how I must be due any day now. I replied, nope not for about 4 more months, and then she continued to argue with me about how my Dr. must be wrong about my due date and are you sure there aren't two babies in there. And really, that was only the tip of the iceburg. The comments continued well into my 41 weeks (yep, a week late with my last one!) of pregnancy, mostly about how big I was. Isn't that so pleasant to hear?!

    ReplyDelete
  44. We started a blog just for this reason... Things not to say to a pregnant lady. And go!

    ReplyDelete
  45. i recently had a lady say to me, "i didn't know you were pregnant, i just thought you were faaaaaaaaaa...."

    Yeah, nice LOL :D

only 3 more weeks for me to go :D

you look great, love the top :D

    ReplyDelete
  46. Linda, you are smaller than me and we are just weeks apart! My second pregnancy, three days before I delivered an 18 year old-ish boy said, "WOW!!!! Are you having twins?!!!" I was actually quite small because I'm so tall I hold them internally. But he just couldn't get over how big I was. That didn't go over great as I was wobbling away! Teenage boys, sheesh! You look great!

    ReplyDelete
  47. I don't normally comment, but you are beautiful and do not look fat at all. Your current picture is next to your regular pic on the side and I cannot tell a difference whatsoever! Some people are down right rude! I think you look amazing and tiny! Oh my! I too had the twins comment it's ignorant.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I am only 17 weeks and you are the same size as me!! You are TINY (in my opinion!) for being 28 weeks!! I hope that small at 28 weeks!

    ReplyDelete
  49. You are just beautiful...such a cool thing to be pregnant. Ignore the comments of those "well wishers"!

    ReplyDelete
  50. I think you're tiny and adorable! I'm in my first trimester and rock a bigger belly then that at the end of a long day eating everything in sight hoping it will ease my morning sickness. Ugh...I look forward to the stupid people. Maybe I should start carrying mace and give them a quick squirt. What do you think?

    ReplyDelete
  51. I think you look wonderful! I seriously love me preggo bellies! I had people tell me I looked huge all the time. I loved being pregnant though... I mean the part where you can look fat and it's okay... not anything else. Your belly is super cute and I'm jealous! People who say stuff about twins just are stupid. I wonder if they ever get it right though... hmm...

    ReplyDelete
  52. My friend got a pretty big belly when she was pregnant, and when she was 7 months along she would have people say to her "when are you due? Yesterday?!" she didn't find it amusing either.

    ReplyDelete
  53. You don't look big at all! I wish I had been that small at 28 weeks! I don't what it is about being pregnant that makes people think they can say whatever. It's like it just opens up the "say stupid things" can and people just word vomit all over the place. I got all kinds of indirectly rude and nasty comments while I was pregnant with my son, too. Just ignore them! You look great and most definitely NOT fat!

    ReplyDelete
  54. you look beautiful! and like the pregnant mother of a healthy baby. that's what is important and i would disregard anyone who has different priorities. be kind to yourself and enjoy every minute of your pregnancy.

    ReplyDelete
  55. omg I was telling someone about when I was pregnant with my son, and they got confused and looked at my stomach and asked how far along i was.

I'M NOT PREGNANT ANY MORE YOU IDIOT!

it doesn't help that i weigh more NOW than I did when I was at full term with him...

    ReplyDelete
  56. I'm pregnant with my second and while shopping recently for a new dresser for my son the sales lady said that i must be due any day. I was 14 weeks along. I could have punched her but my husband calmly escorted me to the door before i had the chance. Needless to say i'm smaller with this baby that i was with my son, and while i don't love the way my body changes with pregnancy i do love being pregnant.
Thanks for the chance to vent!

    ReplyDelete
  57. You look fantastic, unlike me, I was the size of a house! My baby boy when born weighed in at 10lb 7oz, so that is why:)
I once got asked (after I had had the baby) when my baby was due! I was not impressed to say the least!

    ReplyDelete
  58. Linda - You are so cute and little! Def. not big at all. :) Serious! When I was pregnant with Zenock I wore a purple shirt and someone told me it kind of made me look like Barney (the dinosaur) or an easter egg. Needless to say the shirt was burned and never worn again! :) Now all I get is you are ready to pop!

    ReplyDelete
  59. Well, you look smaller than me, and I'm 23 weeks!

    ReplyDelete
  60. You look absolutely perfect!

When I was 20 weeks along with my first child, I had to go to the ER because I was having contractions. In the waiting room an old lady asked me if I was there to have my baby. I said, "I hope not!"

Later the doctor walked into the exam room and after asking me how far along I was he asked if I was having twins. I told him no, but after examining me he said, "You're 100% sure there was only one baby on the ultrasound?" Crazy!

    ReplyDelete
  61. Oh geez, some people just don't know what they really say when opening their mouths.

I'm probably old enough to be your Mom but back when I was pregnant you really don't want to know what I heard ALL the time. I WAS pregnant with twins and on then on my 3rd trip to the OB they told me it was triplets. Yea, I was H.U.G.E.!! BUT, that didn't mean one could say just anything they wanted to either so yea, I can totally relate to you. Hugs.

OH and BTW ~ I only had twins. :) Sure glad that docs were wrong back then while doing even the specialized ultrasounds that I had very frequently during that pregnancy. Twins was tough but I always told myself, it could be worse and it COULD have been triplets. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  62. A guy at church regularly said to me in passing "You're looking SWELLL". Followed up by "It's okay to be big, you're pregnant." Thanks so much.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Actually, my husband and I are HUGE fans of The Office, and we went to an Office party where you had to dress up. Well, I was about 3 months and I was hiding it really well (apparently, I thought I looked fat, maybe I just always look that way) and I was talking to one of the women the night before and said I was thinking of Dressing up like Jan (who was pregnant on the show at the time) and my husband said "You've already got the body. The woman didn't know I was pregnant and thought my husband was just being a jerk. Hehehe.

  64. I am about 17 weeks right now and this being my 3rd child I knew that I would have to endure the dumb things people say. So, to help me with that I am writing a "book" (well it is going in my scrapbook anyway). It is titled "Dumb things people say to you when you're pregnanat." If you want you can check out my blog walkenhorstfamily.blogspot.com and see all the dumb things people have said to me or to my friends and laugh. The worst one this pregnancy was.... "Oh I could tell you were pregnant because you don't look very good." Thanks for nothing. But, now when someone says something dumb like that I just smirk and say, "that's going in the book!" Hee Hee Hee

    ReplyDelete
  65. I am about 31 weeks and I think I am probably twice your size. You are looking grrrrrreat! Pregnancy is so hard but well worth it, eh?!

    ReplyDelete
  66. You look beutiful,... I love your blog and your work congrats.

    Ara.

    ReplyDelete
  67. You look lovely! The shirt is very flattering. When I was pregnant with our twins people felt so free to comment on my size. Some thought I was so tiny for twins and some thought I must have back problems for sure. Blah! Any remark about my size made me cry. I wanted the babies to be growing and I didn't want to hear that I was small (making me think the twins weren't growing). Of course it's all worth it. I just love babies! And ours are the best :)

    ReplyDelete
  68. I think you are adorable!!! I usually get asked if I'm having twins or if I've been told to expect a big baby! Don't let it bother you...people tend to open mouth, insert foot alot around pregnant women!

    ReplyDelete
  69. So cute! You do NOT have a fat face. Hmmm, let's see - I've gotten the twins comment - that was my fav so far!

    ReplyDelete
  70. I am pregnant with my third. They don't seem to be as easy to hide the more you have.... I was at a church social and my visiting teacher came up to me and asked if I was pregnant or had just been eating a lot of oreos lately. I was only three months pregnant.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Wow, did you open a can of worms? When I was pregnant with twins, I had people ask me, "How did you do that?" all the time. Usually I would answer, "Oh, you know... the regular way." But I was caught at the wrong time once and answered, "Oh, you know... we just did it twice in a row!" Oh, did I mention "the wrong time" also happened to be at church? Oops!

    ReplyDelete
  72. I went into the hospital on bedrest at 24 weeks with our fifth baby and was told I'd be staying for about 12 weeks (until she was born). Upon hearing the news, a neighbor asked my husband if it was "too late to take the baby". She thought it must be SUCH an inconvenience for me to be hospitalized -- maybe an abortion would just be easier.

    Unbelievable.

    ReplyDelete
  73. My story comes from my favorite book "I Should Have Seen It Coming When The Rabbit Died" by Teresa Bloomingdale. She was married in the early '50's and began having children the following year. She had 12 total and when many, many people would ask her, "Are you pregnant AGAIN?" she would answer, "Nope. Still!" I love that answer.
As for your concerns, everybody is different. There really is no such thing as a normal or text book pregnancy. My body is different than your body and everyone else's. So why wouldn't one person look farther along than another person at the same point in their pregnancies? You just let you doctor keep track of you and your baby and ignore what others say.
A side note here: When I was pregnant with my daughter, our only child, I didn't care what anyone said to me. It wasn't about me. It was about this beautiful little girl growing inside of me that we had prayed and prayed for since we first got married. God blessed us with this wonderful child and if people wanted to say anything unkind to me, I didn't care. Truly. I was just so happy to be carrying this little blessing that NOTHING bothered me. I remember the exact moment I could no longer see my feet. I was in an elevator and looked down and realized I couldn't see my shoes. I began to smile....then giggle...and then I just had to tell the gentleman riding in the elevator with me. He smiled with me....Joy is contagous so let your joy show! You have a baby growing inside of you! That trumps any rude remarks by anyone! I am extremely happy for you and am smiling right now.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Seriously? That is TINY! When I was 28 weeks, I had people asking "How many more days left?" My belly button popped at 25 weeks, so it was bad!

    ReplyDelete
  75. Awww....look at you! You look awesome...fat face...whatever! lol During my first pregnancy, I had one dear lady at our church (who's known for her opinion sharing-lol) say, "You know, from behind, you don't even look pregnant." Umm...does that mean that I'm always this big in the rear-view mirror or what exactly? hahaha Gotta love people!

    ReplyDelete
  76. I had just delivered my fourth child 6 weeks prior. I was at the grocery store and the checker asked my how much longer I had until my due date. So depressed.

    ReplyDelete
  77. I was almost 3 weeks overdue (for real!) ~ about 2 weeks past, I was standing in line at a store and I heard 2 women exclaiming "Look at that lady! That lady gonna' have that baby! She gonna have that baby right here!!" I was so concerned I quickly looked around. Oh. Ok. I get it. They were talking about me.

    ReplyDelete
  78. An elderly lady at our church stopped me and told me "You can really tell your gaining weight in your arms."

    Uggggh!

Shortly after that, I was standing in a gas station and caught a glimpse of myself from behind on the security camera. Whoa. Shocker!

  81. I think you look great! I really enjoyed reading all these comments. Speaking as someone who has never been pregnant, I get really excited when I see someone who is pregnant. I think everybody does! We are probably hardwired to react that way. I would never ever say something about it to a stranger though--some people just have no manners, wow!!!
I'm so happy for you! Keep up the good work mama! ^.^

  82. This lady let me take cuts at the cut counter at the fabric store because she remembered how hard it was staning in line when she was pregnant ( i was not pregnant either...) (my baby was at home...)

  83. I actually had TWO people say to me that they didn't even know I was pregnant. And I was 5 months along, and seriously showing (this is baby #8, my stomach muscles have long since given up). They probably thought it was a nice thing to say, but all I could think afterwards was that I must look this fat ALL OF THE TIME! My poor husband had lots of fun trying to make me feel better the rest of the day. Seriously, when will people learn to just say "Congratulations, you look so good!" and leave it at that.

  84. I'm with ya momma. I'm 34 weeks and people have been asking me if I'm sure I'm not having twins for a couple of months now. "Nope, just one" I say, even though I would like to punch them instead. Ignore them all. You look fantastic!

  85. ugh, don't people realize they should just say how beautiful you are and that you have that wonderful pregnant glow?

when I was 8 months pregnant I had to wear a girdle type thing around my stomach ... it was about 14" tall and wrapped around my belly 3 times and velcroed shut ... my now EX mil saw me shortly after being given this horrendous girdle thing and said OMG you're HUGE!!! you really shouldn't be eating so much ... huh O.O ... gee thanks for making me feel so awesome for the rest of that weekend, especially since every.single.time she looked at me she'd sigh and repeat it

  86. I am almost 34 weeks preg with baby #2 and a few weeks ago I was at my mom's house chatting with my mom and sis-in-law and I started complaining about how I feel like I'm already as big with this baby as I was with my other baby at full term, and my SIL says, "Well, your stomach doesn't...". Oh thanks, cause that's the part of my body I was referring to.

But don't feel too bad for me cause she just found out she's having twins! She'll be HUGE!! MWAHAHAHA!!

ok sorry. I love her. I do.

  87. I was on maternity leave pushing my infant in the stroller thru the mall, past the really pushy cell phone sales kiosk, and the super obnoxious sales guy had the nerve to congratulate me on being pregnant and so soon? I gave him a stare and kept walking. Come on! See that infant in the stroller? Put it together. I am obviously in the process of getting my shape back. Jerk!
